How the inbox and human takeover work

Reply yourself, and the bot steps aside automatically.

Details

Every conversation your automations start shows up in Inbox in real time. A comment or DM that doesn’t match any of your triggers stays out of it — the inbox only tracks what TRIGMAZE itself is doing on your account, not your account’s entire DM history.

Taking over a conversation

Reply to someone yourself from a thread, and TRIGMAZE automatically pauses automation for that contact — the bot won’t talk over you, even mid-flow. Click Resume automation in the thread header when you want it back on for them; until you do, that contact’s automations stay paused indefinitely, so taking over never accidentally expires while you’re still handling something.

Organizing your inbox

Threads can be marked Done or Snoozed to keep your inbox focused on what still needs a reply — use the filter tabs at the top of the conversation list to switch between Open, Done, Snoozed, and All. Attach images, video, or audio with the composer’s attach button, same as a normal message.

Quick responses (canned replies)

The lightning-bolt icon in the composer opens a list of quick responses — one per currently-live automation that has a usable opening message, labeled by its trigger keyword. Clicking one pastes that text into the compose box; it doesn’t send it automatically, and it doesn’t touch the automation itself. There’s no separate library to maintain — editing an automation’s first message and republishing it is also how you update its quick response.
