What counts as a DM?
Any outgoing message sent to a contact through TRIGMAZE — an automated reply, a flow step, a broadcast, or a reply you send yourself from the live inbox. Incoming messages from your followers are never counted.
Is anything locked behind a paid plan?
No. Every automation type, the full flow builder, live inbox, the link shortener, canned replies, and analytics ship on Free. A plan only changes how many DMs you can send per month and how many Instagram accounts you can connect.
What happens if I go over my monthly DMs?
