Opt-outs and the keyword blacklist
How people stop hearing from your automations, and how you block words.
Details
Anyone can opt out at any time by sending “stop,” “unsubscribe,” or similar to your account — this is always honored immediately, even for someone TRIGMAZE has never talked to before, and TRIGMAZE sends a visible confirmation back so it’s provably in the conversation, not a silent suppression. An opted-out contact never receives another automated message.
From Accounts, add words to a per-account keyword blacklist — a comment or DM containing a blacklisted word is still recorded, but no automation replies to it. Useful for filtering spam or sensitive language out of automated replies without turning automations off entirely.
Each account also has a kill switch — turn it on from Accounts to immediately stop all sending on that account, for example while you sort out a problem. Sending resumes the moment you turn it back off; nothing needs republishing.
