Plans, limits, and upgrading

Plans are metered by DMs sent per month, not by contact count — every plan, including Free, includes every trigger type, the full flow builder, canned replies, the link shortener, and full analytics; only DM volume and connected-account count change by tier. See Pricing for exact numbers.

Hitting your monthly DM limit stops new sends automatically — nothing queues up or is lost, and the dashboard shows a warning once you’re close so it’s never a surprise. You have two ways to keep sending immediately: upgrade your plan, or buy a DM top-up without changing plans at all. Upgrading from Settings → Billing applies the new limit immediately.
