Deleting your account
A confirmation email first, then real, immediate, permanent deletion.
Details
From Settings → Account → Delete account, confirm once in TRIGMAZE and TRIGMAZE emails you a deletion-confirmation link — nothing is deleted until you click it. This two-step design means a compromised but still-logged-in session can’t delete your account without also controlling your inbox.
Clicking the confirmation link permanently and immediately deletes your workspace, every connected Instagram account and its stored token, every contact, automation, and message TRIGMAZE holds for you, and your login itself. This can’t be undone, and there’s no grace period or recovery window after confirmation — if you’re not certain, export your data first (see Exporting your data).
If you only want to disconnect one Instagram account and keep the rest of your workspace, use Disconnect on the Accounts page instead — that removes just that account’s token and its contacts/messages, without touching anything else.
