Exporting your data
A full account export, or just your Contacts list — two different tools for two different jobs.
Details
TRIGMAZE has two separate export tools, built for different purposes:
Full account export (Settings → Account)
“Download my data” generates a complete JSON file — your account details, connected accounts (usernames and ids, never access tokens or passwords), every contact, every automation and trigger, and up to 20,000 of your most recent messages — as an immediate download in your own browser. If your message history is larger than that, the file says exactly how many were left out and points you to support for the rest. This is the tool to use for a genuine full copy of what TRIGMAZE holds about you, and it’s also how you’d exercise a DPDP right-to-access request yourself, instantly.
Contacts CSV export (Contacts page)
A spreadsheet-friendly export of your whole contact list — username, Instagram user id, tags, custom fields, opt-out status, and first-seen/last-interaction dates — built for importing into another tool or working with contacts outside TRIGMAZE. It always exports your entire list, not just the currently filtered view, and is limited to one export per minute to keep it fast and reliable for everyone.
There’s currently no export button on the Activity feed or Analytics pages — those are read/filter-only in the app today.
