Understanding your dashboard
The four stat tiles, and what 'active automations' actually counts.
Details
The Dashboard is your account’s at-a-glance summary, scoped to your whole workspace (every connected account, not just your first one):
- Active automations — the count of triggers currently set to Published/active, across every connected account. A paused or draft automation doesn’t count.
- Messages sent — the running total of outbound messages TRIGMAZE has sent on your behalf, lifetime.
- Contacts reached — the total number of distinct contacts your automations have ever created.
- Failed sends (7D) — failed outbound messages in the last 7 days, kept visible on purpose rather than tucked behind a “view more” — if something’s breaking, this tile shows it without you having to go looking.
Below the tiles, Recent activity shows your latest real events as they happen — the same underlying feed as the Activity page, just the newest few without the filtering controls.
